Happy Meal-Planning Monday! I hope you all had a great Mother’s Day weekend! I had a relaxing wonderful day with my family and feel very loved!
This week we have Greek Chicken Bowls on the menu, super easy! You slow cook the chicken all day in a Greek Vinaigrette and then just assemble the bowls when it’s time to eat.
I’m excited to make the Korean Beef Bibimbap dish….it looks so tasty!
I love when I make a big match of a soup and it is freezer-friendly to pull out for an easy week-night meal! The same with the corn bread, I wrap up 2 servings of it individually and freeze it. Then when it goes with the meal we are having, i’ll I have to do is defrost it.
The Chicken Parm Zucchini Boats, looks tasty and fun and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that my boys will eat it too.
