Favorite Vitamin Organizer
I’m huge on taking vitamins everyday. What I don’t like doing is opening up each pill bottle everyday. If this is you too, I highly recommend on purchasing this 2-week container and start saving yourself the time and trouble of opening each bottle everyday. You can find it HERE.
New Easter Decor
I ordered this cute little bunny to sit on my desk. It’s simple and sweet and it makes me happy! I ordered it from ESTY shop called, Pretty In Sawdust Company.
I’m loving my new SPRING banner that I purchased off of ESTY. The banner is by HangingPaperCo…sorry I can’t find the link but I love purchasing my banners from ESTY.
Raspberry Avocado Smoothie
Can you tell I love smoothies?!?! I enjoyed this Raspberry Avocado Smoothie with a side of edamame with 1 tbsp of hemp seed and sea salt….it’s delicious and very healthy for you.
Combine all these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 tbsps Almond Butter
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 Serving of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
Easter activity with my boys
I think it’s important to explain to our kids what the true meaning is behind each holiday. In this case, Easter, I want to make sure they know it’s not just about the Easter Bunny and scavenger hunts, and candy.
The set comes with 12 eggs and each egg has a symbolic item that helps explain the events leading up to Jesus dying on the cross and the true meaning of Easter. It comes with a booklet that explains each egg and has a passage from the Bible and an explanation behind it to help kids understand the significance. You can find the resurrection eggs, HERE.
Kid Activity: Learning all about snakes & HISS Game
I’ve mentioned before that Tyler’s preschool teacher, Mrs. Annemarie sends home themed activities for you to do with your child. It comes with two books on the theme and a game for you to play together.
Alone time with this cutie is a FAVORITE!!
Book #1
This was a fun and cute story on how a snake led to an eventful field trip.
Book #2
This book had facts about all the different kinds of snakes. I skimmed each page and described the most interesting facts about each snake. Tyler was very intrigued to learn about what each snake ate and where they lived. He wanted to determine which ones could eat humans. There were only two snakes that do and we were both relieved to find out they don’t live in North America!
The Game
We had the best time playing HISS together! Tyler enjoyed it so much that he called out to the Easter Bunny to receive this game in his Easter basket, it was the cutest thing!
A FAVORITE for Tyler was WINNING and beating Mom!!
Thank you for following along today! I hope you have a wonderful Easter with your family! I’m taking off next week, it’s our Spring Break and I want to be present for all of it and enjoy our family/friend trip to Palm Springs! It’s important to take time off, unplug and allow yourself to relax and have fun with those who matter most. Come visit me over on IG…I will most likely be on stories some with glimpses into our adventures.
