The perfect healthy snack!
Preheat the oven to 200°
Get out a baking sheet and brush the oil over the bottom.
Slice the banana's into ⅛ inch rounds. Lay the bananas down in a single layer onto the baking sheet.
Bake the bananas until golden brown. Let them sit until they reach room temperature and are firm. I put them onto a drying rack so they didn't sit in the oil and could dry out.
