This recipe is simple yet packed with flavor. You won't even miss the rice, the cauliflower rice goes great with it.
Gather all the ingredients for the bowl: shallot, ginger, sesame oil, ground beef, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, coconut aminos and fish sauce
Get out a large pan. Dice up the shallot and the ginger. I made it easy on myself and purchased the frozen ginger cubes from Trader Joes and it works perfectly & saves on time.
Heat up the sesame oil in the pan over med-high heat. Then add the ground beef and break up the meat. Drain the fat once the meat is cooked through.
Next, add the shallot, ginger, red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix all together to combine. Cook until meat is no longer pink about 8 minutes.
Add the coconut aminos and fish sauce. Continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
Make the cauliflower rice while meat mixture is cooking. I made it with olive oil and purchased it bagged from Trader Joes.
Get the mayo and hot sauce out. Mix the two ingredients together in a small bowl.
Use a large soup bowl or plate. Put down your choice of greens, then the cauliflower rice and meat mixture. Top the meat with the sauce. I just used a spoon and drizzled it all over the top. It isn't the prettiest of meals but trust me it is delicious!
