Ingredients

Beef Bowls

  • 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or pork
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 bag frozen trader joe's cauliflower rice cooked
  • 1 bunch of green onions diced

Instructions

Cauliflower Rice

  1. Get out a small pot and heat up the frozen cauliflower rice. Drizzle EVOO and salt & pepper. Stir often and cook until soft and fluffy. Keep warm in the pot while you cook meat mixture.

Beef Bowls

  1. Gather all the ingredients, ground meat, garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, coconut aminos, ginger, red pepper flakes, cauliflower rice, and green onions.

  2. Get out a large skillet and heat up the sesame oil over medium heat. Brown the meat with the garlic.

  3. Cook the meat until it is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain the fat.

  4. Next, add the brown sugar, coconut aminos, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes to blend all the flavors together.

  5. Serve the meat mixture over the cauliflower rice and top with the diced green onions. Enjoy!
