Ingredients

Bowl

  • 1 ½ tsps avocado oil
  • ¼ yellow onion diced
  • 1 ¼ stalks of green onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¾ tsp ginger peeled and grated
  • 4 oz extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 ½ cups coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup baby carrots grated

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients, avocado oil, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger, ground turkey, coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, coconut aminos, and baby carrots.

  2. I want to add that this recipe is for only one serving, you will need to double it if you are making it for two people.

  3. Get out a large skillet and heat the avocado oil over med-high heat. Add in the yellow onion, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  4. Add in the ground turkey and break it up into crubbly pieces. Cook for 10 minutes, until cooked through.

  5. Stir in the coleslaw mix, carrots, bean sprouts, and coconut aminos. Stir to combine all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until the veggies are all soft.

  6. Add the mixture into a bowl and enjoy your healthy low-carb dinner!
