I don’t know about you but I hate throwing out bananas once they are too ripe to eat. This recipe is from one of my favorite blogs Carolina Charm and it is the most delish Banana Bread EVER!!

Easy Banana Bread

This bread is so easy to make!! It is so comforting and delicious that you want to make it again as soon as you run out!

Ingredients

Banana Bread

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Gather all the ingredients: vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, bananas, flour, vanilla, baking soda, salt, milk, and poppy seeds.

Ripe Bananas

  1. Get out a small bowl and break down the bananas with a fork.

Wet Ingredients:

  1. In another small bowl add in the wet ingredients: vegetable oil, eggs, and milk and mix together to combine. Then add the bananas to the wet mixture bowl.

Dry Ingredients:

  1. Get out another small bowl and combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and poppy seeds. Whisk together to combine.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

  1. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

  2. Make sure you get every bit mixed together….even the little bits at the bottom.

Add to the Baking Dish

  1. Grease the baking pan.

  2. Add banana bread mixture to the baking pan.

Put in the Oven

  1. Put the baking dish into the oven and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
