Ingredients

Tacos

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef browned up and crumbly
  • 10 oz can of enchilada sauce mild
  • 16 oz can of chili beans
  • 8 flour tortillas

Toppings

  • lettuce shredded
  • pepper or montery jack cheese shredded
  • green onions chopped
  • Guacamole

Instructions

Meat Mixture

  1. Gather all your ingredients, beef, enchilada sauce, and chili beans.

  2. In your slow-cooker begin by browning the meat. Sprinkle salt all over the meat.

  3. Once the meat is browned and crumbly, add in the enchilada sauce and the chili beans.

  4. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

  5. Put the lid on and set your slow-cooker on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3 hours.

Assemble Tacos

  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds between two damp paper towels.

  2. Get the toppings ready, shred the cheese and chop up the green onion and put into bowls.

  3. Add all the toppings to each taco and ENJOY!
