Happy Monday Friends!! I hope you are all rested from the weekend. I know it did my family well to relax, have fun in the sun and decompress from the week.
In my meal plan this week I have a link to a Banana Bread recipe. I had some bananas that were ready to go bad so I put them to use and I’m so glad that I did because we ALL enjoyed this comforting and delicious bread!
I haven’t made enchiladas before and this recipe looked super easy and makes the chicken in the slow-cooker during the day. Then it’s easy to assemble and only has to cook for 25 minutes!
The last thing that I have a link for is the Potato & Cauliflower Soup. It looks so yummy and would be a nice recipe to cook up on a weekend night. We are looking forward to trying it!
