Meal-Planning Monday is BACK!! I was scaling back my posts in the Summertime but it is time to bring back meal-planning, linked recipes and meal ideas to help you come up with a plan to get meals on the table each night for your family.
The plan for this week is took cook with in-season ingredients like delicious Apples. I’m making a Harvest Apple and Chicken Salad where I will make my own salad dressing. The recipe will be up soon on my blog.
We are transitioning into cooler evenings which means more soups on the menu. This week I’m cooking a White Bean and Turkey Chili that we love and it makes extra to freeze..It’s a winner recipe and I linked it for you to make and it will also be up on the blog soon.
I’m making a super easy Greek Chicken Bowls. The chicken slow cooks all day and then you easily assemble the healthy and delicious salad right at dinnertime.
I love trying new recipes as well and I’m making a Pork Tenderloin in an over-night marinade then looks super delicious. I linked the recipe for you.
