I love reading seasonal books to my boys, it’s one of my favorite times to share together. I thought it would be helpful to see what we are currently reading.
It’s time to get in your orders and add Christmas books to your holiday book collection! Here is a list of books that we are enjoying this holiday season and why we like each book.

1// Miracle on 34th Street: This classic heartwarming story is a must to have in your collection. We love reading it every year!
2// The Polar Express: Another classic story that brings tears to my eyes every time we read it. The illustrations are beautiful and I just love this story so much as do my boys.
3// Saint Nicholas: This is a great story about how Father Christmas became Saint Nicholas or in America, known as Santa Claus. It’s a beautiful religious book that will definitely set the tone of giving for the season.
4// I’ve Seen Santa: A cute story for preschoolers, although Luke still enjoys it. The little bear is trying to stay up to see Santa.
5// Bear Stays Up For Christmas: Another cute story for preschoolers, fun illustrations and is about how Bear and his forest friends try staying up to see Santa.
6// When Santa Was a Baby: Have your kids ever wondered what Santa was like as a baby and a kid and how he became Santa? This book does an amazing job of answering those questions. My boys love it!
7// ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas: The classic tale is told in this story and the illustrations are beautiful! It is a hardboard book so you could have it with babies and at any age, your kids will still enjoy hearing this story each year.
8// The Christmas Story: This board book is perfect for kids of any age and it tells the true meaning of Christmas! It is easy for kids to understand and it’s perfect for telling the story of how Jesus was born.
9// Red & Lulu: This book is new to our collection this year and we love it! It’s a beautiful story about two birds and how they get separated and need a miracle to find each other again. This story combines the cheer of Christmas, the magic of New York City and brings in the real meaning of Christmas and how we all should be surrounded by love this season. This book is a must buy.
10// Walk This World at Christmastime: This is the other new addition to our collection this year. There are flaps to lift on each page and this book is about how people all over the world celebrate Christmas. It’s a great way to show our kids how cultures can be different yet beautiful at the same time. I always love books that can broaden my boy’s horizons.
11// Construction Site on Christmas Night: This is an absolute favorite for Tyler and all the truck loving boys out there. It’s such a sweet story and even has fire trucks in the story too.
