It’s Fri-YAY!
It’s been a productive good week so let’s get down to this week’s Faves!
I got my hair done which is always a FAVORITE of mine!
My boys on the couch snuggling with their Dad while watching “Nailed It” was a Fave! The boys crack up at this show, its where amateur bakers come on to compete for a money prize and their masterpieces are pretty much always a hot mess. The show has a comic level to it that makes it a fun family show to watch together.
Luke had a playdate at our home with Graham and his friend Ryland. Watching them bond and hearing them laugh was for sure a FAVORITE!
This cutie found himself in the cross fire of a flying dinosaur that ended up hitting him in the face. This was not a favorite but it was a FAVORITE with how well he handled it because I know it hurt!
Hugs from this cutie was an absolute FAVORITE!

I was leaving to go get Tyler and I remembered I needed to get the laundry switched over to the dryer but was short on time. Luke stepped in and was like, “don’t worry Mom, I got this, I’ll do it for you. You go get Tyler!” This was a FAVORITE that he stepped up when I needed a hand! Happy Mama!
We decorated for Valentine’s Day! Actually, I wouldn’t exactly say we decorated our entire house for this holiday, it’s more like a sprinkle. I sprinkle in a few festive items that make the holiday feel special. I do love hearts so this holiday is a FAVORITE of mine.
Our Mantle
Our Valentine’s Day Book Collection.
Groundhug Day / Here Comes Valentine Cat / Valensteins / Peppa’s Valentine’s Day / Love From the Crayons / Llama Llama I Love You / Valentine’s Day in Vicarstown / My Fuzzy Valentine / Elmo Loves You
Living Room Table
Magnet on our Refrigerator that Luke made for me when he was in TK, it makes me so happy! I cherish gifts like this…
Our kitchen island…I love this new snow globe that I picked up from Home Goods this past month. “I love you to the moon and back” definitely a FAVORITE sang of mine to say to my boys.
Kitchen window
My new hand paper guest towels are a FAVORITE in our downstairs bathroom. These are currently unavailable but these and these are cute!
I changed up the decor on the ledge over our kitchen sink and it’s a FAVORITE of mine! I purchased the frame below off of Amazon and the small plants and the second frame from Home Goods. Side note: please ignore my very dirty windows, it rained a lot in recent.
We’ve been enjoying our nightly family dinners together. We’ve been making a conscious effort to make sure this happens at least 6 nights a week. We start off our dinners with one person leading us in a prayer and then each person sharing a high & low and 1 thing they are thankful for. This has turned into lots of good conversations and gives us insight into how each others days went.
If we don’t have a whole lot to say we grab a question for our table topics can. I purchased this family table topics can from a moms group that I was in when Luke was younger called, Navigating Motherhood. But you can find family table topics Here and Here. This would make a great gift to your family for Valentine’s Day!
Speaking of Valentine’s Day….now is a good time to think about getting little gifts for kiddos for V-Day. I posted a gift guide earlier this week to help you out with ideas, you can view it HERE to get the product links and why I recommend each item.
Have a great weekend, friends!
