My baby is officially 5 years old!! Tyler has been counting down the days until his special day and we were beyond excited to celebrate with close friends and family on his actual birthday.
In the morning we surprised him with a huge Texas-style donut for breakfast and it was SO tasty!! Of course we served it to him on our “You are Special Today” plate.
We sang happy birthday and enjoyed some donut with our morning brew.

We let Tyler pick one present to open and of course he chose the largest one and it was a new scooter with flashing lights on the wheels!
The bounce house arrived at 9:30am so the boys got in some pre-party jumping. This helped Jason and I have time to set up for the party.
They have the best time together….when they are getting along, LOL

Tyler got in some playtime with his new gifts while I cooked us a taco dinner.
We saved our gifts and gifts from his Florida family for after dinner.
This is one of those silly gifts (well I think it’s silly) but Tyler LOVED it! One of his favorite Youtube shows is Ryan’s World. He came out with a toy line and this is a mystery spy vault and it came with 10 surprises. It came with a watch and Tyler is picking up how to read time really well, so yay for this odd toy, lol.
Tyler is really into building Logo’s right now and we are super impressed with how well he does at building them with little to no help from us.
Tyler’s 5th birthday was a success and we are so happy that we got to celebrate his birthday with a small but FUN party! Tyler brings so much love and joy to our lives and we are very blessed to have him in our family. May all his dreams come TRUE!!
